Christmas

So Christmas is here once again, presents food alcohol friends and family, I really am lucky to have such a great family and bunch of old and new friends, that's what lifes about spending it with the ones you love the most!
Another year is coming up and I hope for lots of laughs and crazy times with my friends and family. I hope to go on holiday again, lose some weight and go see a band, but who knows what the next chapter will have in store for me.
I guess I'll have to wait and see!

Changes

It's crazy how so much can happen in a year, so much can change. In the past 9 months I have moved out, and moved to 2 different places, one was not so good but I think it was a learning curve for me, I don't think I would of ever pictured myself in the place I was, there were all kinds of people living there (it was a shared house) First there was a crazy, paranoid drug addict that got kicked out for threatening someone, which was way out of line plus she really freaked me out one time singing creepy songs in the kitchen and playing with knifes. There was a polish woman but she moved back because she couldn't find work.

My neighbor was cool, we spoke a few times, he got a girlfriend though and she didn't like me, she threw evils when she saw me. Although I heard her at the most awkward moments, if you know what I mean.

After living there for a while I got settled in it was nice and in the middle of town, but I discovered there was a really bad damp problem, so I had to take action because it was making me ill giving me headaches and spots, which I sorted out but that's not the point. I reported it, but nothing was actually done. 

After looking around for new places to live something perfect came up, a nice flat near my sisters work. I even have my own bathroom now, I always tell people that part (sad I know). Anyway, so I lived in my old place for 5 months, so I know I can survive on my own, It was such a whirlwind moving out, because I ended up moving in a day before the rent was due, which was risky but worth it, now I'm happy, warm and living in a lovely area, the only thing missing from my life is a lovely guy who will treat me right, but that probably won't happen for a long time anyway, but we'll see.

life and love

Life is a funny thing, so much can happen in a year, we lose friends and people we love but life goes on I suppose.
 I miss having someone to love, but I know one day that will change because although I dont have much faith I still have a bit of hope. Who knows what the future may bring....
